Documents Needed

PV installations by individuals and non profit organizations (<20 kWp)

1. For individuals who are not citizens of the Republic of Cyprus, a proof of permanent residency is required. This can be obtained from the immigration dept. of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, or by submitting the six (6) most recent electricity bills by EAC.
2. Proof of ownership in the name of the applicant of the building or land where the installation will happen. If the applicant is not the owner, it is required to provide authorisation by the owner. Application form (in Greek) can be found here, Appendix I.
3. A building permit for the building on which the panels will be installed.
4. Topographical drawing of the plot in which the building resides. If there is no building on the plot, these documents have to be submitted to the Dept. of Town planning & Housing for the relevant permits.

PV installations by individuals and businesses with the scope of profit (<20 kWp)

1. A copy of the company registration certificate from the department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver.
2. Certificate of shareholders.
3. A certification by independent auditors for the purposes of a de-minimis  subsidy administration. Application (Greek language) in Appendix II of the document found here.
4. Proof of ownership in the name of the applicant of the building or land where the installation will happen. If the applicant is not the owner, it is required to provide authorisation by the owner. Application form (in Greek) can be found here, Appendix I.
5. A building licence for the building on which the panels will be installed.
6. Topographical drawing of the plot in which the building resides. 

PV installations for Large Commercial Facilities (any size, up to 150 kWp)

1. A copy of the company registration certificate from the department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver.
2. Certificate of shareholders.
3. Certificate of non-bankruptcy.
4. Topographical drawing bearing the seal of the Dept. of Lands and Surveys of the plot in which the installation will happen.
5. Legal proof for the use of the land.
6. Rental contracts of land (if applicable)

 Solar thermal installations by individuals and non profit organizations (> 6m2 restriction or otherwise)

 Solar Thermal by individuals and businesses with the scope of profit (> 6m2 restriction or otherwise)

1. A copy of the company registration certificate from the department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver.
